In this collaborative work with the Göttgens and the Marioni Labs we have used the rabbit to identify cell types in mice, macaques and humans

We have found that some cell types have accelerated rates of development in mice

We spatially resolved some of the cells identified using RNAscope in situ in rabbit embryos
